Yesterday was day 5 for training and it was strength. I got into the gym and utilized the tools I needed to get through it. šcheck out my video below ā¬ļø.
I forgot to follow up with a review because my husband met up with me for lunch! š
The workout felt great, Iām excited to see how everything works Together to improve my running and some obstacles I will have to accomplish. Today is an off day, which means staying active and enjoying the weather!
